If you wish to exchange an item please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item. The customer has 10 days to exchange and the item must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labelling must be returned in good condition also.

If any kind of damage occurs to the product during shipping process/or if you notice a default when you receive the item please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Exocet is fully responsible of the charges that are involved to replace/fix the product. Exocet will fully repair the product and return it to the customer with no charges on the customer. We will refund to you the costs of returning the item and cover all shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.
If a any kind of damage occurs to the product while the product is in possession of the customer, the customer has the possibility to ship the good back to Exocet so as the product can be replaced/fixed, fully under the customer’s charge. HOW LONG WILL PROCESSING OF MY RETURN TAKE?
-For Refunds : Once your item has been received by us your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five working days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process.
-For Exchange : Once your item has been received by us it normally takes 2 weeks for you to receive your new item. We will advise you once we have received your goods.
-For Damaged items : Once your item has been received by us it normally takes 2 weeks for you to receive your new item. We will advise you once we have received your goods.
Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. EXOCET will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from EXOCET, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
